It’s not too often that me and my husband get to go out just the two of us, so we thought we would go on a little date night while Noah spent some time at his Aunty and Uncles.
Dan had the idea to go to this really lovely restaurant on the waterfront, it’s a lovely, luxury restaurant and hotel in Ipswich and whenever I’ve been there before it’s always be so delicious. Seeing as we don’t do it very often we thought we’d treat ourselves and have a dinner date here.
We shared some queen olives while we browsed the menu.
I got Courgette & Parmesan soup with home-made bread for starter & Crispy Polenta with peperonata and rocket. They were both delicious.
Dan got Duck Parfait with toasted Brioche for starter and Loin of pork for main which he really enjoyed.
I love the quirky decor they have in the restaurant and whole complex. (We stayed here on our wedding night so it’s a special place for us).
