I love a good horror film, and what better excuse to watch some and eat some delicious treats than Halloween, so this year I thought it would be fun to decorate the lounge, get some spooky treats in and invite a few friends over to watch some horror films.
Pumpkins, cobwebs, & Halloween bunting, here’s a few of the decorations we put up.
We also got some spooky treats, including Halloween themed sweets, crisp, and my sister even made some Zoella inspired Halloween cupcakes!
We picked out an array of horror films we had, and had Netflix at the ready too, so all we needed now was a few friends.
They all popped over from 3pm and we began the films. We started off with a true classic, The original Scream. Next up, a fairly new supernatural horror, The conjuring, and to finish off the evening we watched old school thriller Final destination. Noah enjoyed reading his spooky Peppa book too…many times.
We ate our body weight in food, had a laugh and watched some good films. It was nice to do something for Halloween with friends! I’m not a fan of trick or treating, so this was super fun to do to celebrate instead.
Next weekend me and a few friends are off to Scaresville at Kentwell Hall to be well and truly scared, so I can’t wait for that! 🎃🕸👻
What are you doing to celebrate Halloween this year?
